Who You Will Be Working With
With 30+ years of commercial construction experience, Jerry founded Howes & Company in 2016 with a straightforward mission: to give Owners a senior expert in their corner on every project.
Jerry's background spans roles as designer, specialty contractor, general contractor, and Owner, giving him a working understanding of every seat at the table. That experience translates directly into better decisions, fewer surprises, and projects that close on time and on budget.
Jerry specializes in technically complex, mission-critical capital projects: the kind where operators know their business inside and out, but need a seasoned expert to get their new facility and critical equipment fully up and running. Jerry is a licensed Professional Engineer and Commercial General Contractor, credentials that carry real weight when decisions need to be made in the field.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.
